About the Role

Accor Plus is seeking a dynamic individual to drive meaningful engagement with B2B partner accounts in the Pacific region (Australia, New Zealand and Fiji).

Through active account management, back-end systems and project management, and the provision of key expertise and support to anticipate and to meet the business needs of partners, this role is responsible for developing stronger partner relationships that leads to incremental revenue growth for both B2B partners and Accor Plus.


Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Partnerships - Pacific, this role requires you to be an effective communicator with the ability to influence and to develop rapport with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.

Patience, tenacity, detail orientation and capability to see through processes thoroughly are essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Marketing and Partnerships
  • Pacific in active daytoday account management to anticipate and to meet partners' business needs
  • Work crossfunctionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver to partners' queries and requests
  • Analyse partnership performance and activity
  • Project management of backend data, finance and IT workflows
  • Execute initiatives and identify further opportunities in cultivating meaningful partner and member engagement to drive membership activation and top of mind awareness
  • Build regular review materials to assess partnerships performance and to deliver membership activity insights
  • Produce business development materials and assist in developing value propositions to prospecting partner opportunities
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to design tailored customer journeys and membership fulfilment methods based on individual partner requirements, to ensure a smooth and seamless member experience

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Business, Marketing, Communications)
  • Understanding of loyalty programme metrics would be an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar partnerships role in an international organisation would be advantageous
  • Proven account management, project management or marketing experience
  • Clientcentric. Confidence in navigating multilevel relationship management
  • Adept in embracing and responding to change effectively, and has good initiative in a dynamic environment
