With an international footprint, this professional services firm is seeking a full time Corporate Receptionist / Administrator or part time Corporate Receptionist.

The Role:

Reporting and working closely with the CFO, you will be responsible for providing a high level and professional support in a fast paced environment


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Managing the overflow of calls
  • Meeting room management
  • Liaising with building management
  • Organising mail, couriers, and stock
  • Supporting the CFO and Senior Managers
  • Assisting with office events and functions
  • Maintaining general office cleanliness
  • Assisting with presentations and trainings
  • Document management

To Be Successful:


  • Previous experience within an administration or reception role
  • Professionally presented
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Enthusiastic and energetic approach to administration
