We are currently seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team in the role of Inventory and Warehouse Officer.

This position is essential to ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain and optimize stock availability for promotions and low stock situations.

As the Inventory and Warehouse Officer, you will have a range of responsibilities, including:


  • Managing the freightforwarder and driving continuous change to enhance visibility on incoming stock.
  • Overseeing inbound processes between the freightforwarder and the 3PL warehouse.
  • Prioritizing inbound containers to optimize stock availability.
  • Maintaining the "in transit report" and promptly communicating any shipping delays.
  • Receipting stock into SAP.
  • Producing weekly stock reports and communicating them to the Sales department.
  • Managing cycle counts and physical inventory counts in all warehouses.
  • Handling warehouse projects such as rework jobs, stock damages, and scrapping.
  • Ensuring open and responsive communication channels between the inventory/warehouse staff and sales teams.
  • Blocking and releasing stock for critical models as required.
