Our client, a world renowned, technology brand, is looking for a Member Engagement Specialist to support exclusive members online community team.


The Members Engagement Specialist will be responsible for implementing the exclusive Members Online Community Moderation Strategy as defined by the community manager, as well as developing consumer engagement strategies to grow community and enhance consumer engagement.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Grow the Members community via the website, community discussion platforms and member apps.
  • Develop and execute community engagement plan to drive community growth and consumer engagement
  • Setting and implementing communication campaigns aligning with marketing strategies
  • Providing engaging text, image, and video content for members community
  • Promoting and posting content related to promotional campaigns
  • Organising and participating in online events to build community and enhance brand awareness
  • Analyse and report on insights from community to report treading issues and effective planning of content and consumer engagement activities
  • Conduct research and report on competitor community channels for inspiration and best practice ideas including content, tone, and execution.

What would make you suitable for the role?

  • 23 years' Customer Service Experience
  • Proficient with MS office
  • Experience with community platforms preferred
  • Great attention to detail
  • Possess good customer service skills with strong empathetic approach towards customers
  • Analytical and data mining skills for situational analysis
  • Team Player
  • Ability to interpret community traffic analytics, content insights and online customer engagement metrics
