This role is a salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $120,859 - $133,183 base plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.

About the Role

Infrastructure NSW is seeking a dedicated and experienced Change Manager to spearhead the implementation of INSW-led reforms and change initiatives for our Investor Assurance division.

This critical role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful integration of key projects that will shape the future of our communities.

Some of the key accountabilities for the role include:

  • Identify, implement, and manage end-to-end change projects and strategies that support successful and effective management of assets to meet NSW Government objectives.
  • Draft and lead the execution of change management communications, as well as facilitate events and activities such as workshops to support change management initiatives.
  • Consult with key stakeholders to analyse critical change impacts that will influence the initiatives success and facilitate the development of strategies to address these.
  • Assist in the development of change management plans, including communications plans, benefits realisation plans, stakeholder engagement plans and training plans.
