We are seeking enthusiastic, solution focused applicants to join our administrative workforce within The Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN).


The Paediatrics Department provides a variety of services within Southern Metropolitan Adelaide, such as diabetes support, developmental assessments, dietetic services, and asthma support, among others.


As a Secretary, you will work as part of the administrative support team to assist with the day-to-day functions of Paediatric Services within SALHN.

You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including, but not limited to, scanning patient records, screening incoming calls to clinical services, file management and providing administrative support to the medical and nursing teams.


This role may, at times, be required to support secretarial services within other areas of the Women's and Children's Division.


This is vacancy is currently a term vacancy, with the possibility of extension at the end of term engagement including ongoing employment.
