About the role
The position is responsible for facilitating the overall quality, completeness, timeliness and accuracy of clinical documentation in the electronic medical record to support, the delivery of high
- quality patient care, the clinical coding process, accreditation and adherence to quality standard and appropriate reimbursement of revenue. This role includes education of clinical teams and orientation of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure appropriate recording of patient information as well as auditing and reporting of compliance. This position is critical to enable culture change within the clinical teams and enhance the collaborative relationships between the clinical services and the coding and corporate teams.
Qualifications:
- Appropriate qualification in Allied Health from a recognised tertiary institution allowing registration or membership of relevant national board or professional association.

Essential Requirements:
- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description.
