- Produce timely, accurate, and insightful reports across your client portfolio Client – 10% of your time
- Establish an understanding of client challenges, objectives, and initiatives
- Join your manager in meetings with data & technology partners, vendors, amongst others, to stay abreast of the latest opportunities for your clients
- Work collaboratively across all teams to maintain the highest levels of client service and satisfaction Commercial – 25% of your time
- Deliver accurate and timely reconciliation of campaigns in line with best practice and with exceptional attention to detail
- Ensuring all financial and compliance processes are followed with 100% accuracy, including (where relevant) bookings, loadings, and resolving account queries
