About the Role:


The Service Delivery and Reporting team plays a critical role in supporting operational and non-operational brigade response and performance improvement at CFA.

They are responsible for developing and implementing key initiatives that contribute to the organization's commitment to serving the community effectively.

By gathering evidence and data, the team informs the current and future capabilities of CFA, enabling performance assessment and continuous improvement.

Specifically, the team focuses on exploring and analysing both operational and non-operational response efforts.

They work on designing and developing systems and tools that align with contemporary practices, thereby building the capacity and capability of CFA and recognizing the invaluable contributions made by CFA volunteers.

As the Performance and Systems Improvement Coordinator, your role involves actively participating in the design, development and maintenance of programs that aim to enhance performance.

These programs not only help improve the overall effectiveness of CFA but also provide concrete evidence of the activities and contributions made by CFA members across various operational and non-operational endeavours.


Key responsibilities:


  • Process data entry of incident reporting, data & system access requests and the performance of routine data maintenance.
  • Provide advice and guidance in a customerfocused environment including telephone services to internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate and support performance improvement programs and provide administration and project support as required.
  • Support requests for information from internal and external stakeholders including freedom of information, the general public, insurance companies and legal firms.

About You:


  • Tertiary qualifications in data analytics, business or equivalent experience in a similar role (desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders in a customer service environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Welldeveloped organisational skills, and demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet tight work demands and manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated experience in participating in innovative projects and initiatives

  • Can provide acceptable evidence that they meet full vaccination status (3 doses) or provide medical evidence confirming an exemption.
  • Successfully complete a National Police History Check and Working with Children Check
