    The Role

    This role is offered on a 7/7 FIFO from Perth.

    This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Maintenance Administrator looking for an opportunity to "make their mark" in a high-growth private company.

    This role is a critical part of our team and will report to our Maintenance Manager.

    The core mission of the Site Maintenance Administrator is to own the site based administration responsibilities and provide high level admin support to our Maintenance Leaders.

    Immediate key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

    • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
    • Assisting Maintenance Managers in all administration duties
    • Daily prestart and defect entry
    • Responsible for parts and consumable requisitions, working alongside head office to coordinate parts
    • Parts tracking and collecting of parts from depot in Kalgoorlie
    • Parts sorting and packing
    • Attending meetings and taking minutes where required
    • AND, working with an awesome team of mechanics

    Skills & Experience

    • Proven experience in Site Administration
    • Proven understating of mine site operations
    • Understanding of the importance of working as a team
    • Experience with Viper maintenance software (preferred)
    • Unrivalled attention to detail
    • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
    • Ability to prioritise and multi-task
    • Excellent organisational & communication skills
    • MR or HR licence (preferred)
