Oversee building maintenance MEP services for a large site

The Company:


Our client is a national Commercial integrated services company with a large portfolio of high value contracts in predominantly retail, commercial and corporate sectors.


The Role:

This role will be based at a large shopping complex in the northern suburbs.

  • Report to the IFM Manager and liaise closely with the client
  • Lead a team of
  • Maintenance planning, scheduling and work order management
  • Plan rostering for a 7 day roster (ensure 23 people onsite every day)
  • Client relationship management
  • Contract performance management
  • HSE inspections

Must Haves:


  • Experience in a similar role and Retail industry experience is ideal
  • Trade Certificate is not essential but desirable
  • Strong English communication skills, verbal and written
  • Be a problem solver with a cool approach under pressure
  • Customer service orientated ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Team leadership induct, train and motivate team
  • Strong admin and computer skills
