Our valued client is currently looking for a Maintenance Administrator to join their team in Murdoch


As a Maintenance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting their maintenance team by handling various administrative duties.

Your efforts will contribute to the efficient and effective functioning of their operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to maintenance operations.
  • Assist in scheduling maintenance tasks and ensuring that work orders are properly documented.
  • Communicate with maintenance personnel, clients, and suppliers to coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Manage and update maintenance service contracts and agreements.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required by management.
  • Monitor and order supplies necessary for maintenance operations.
  • Assist with payroll and timekeeping for maintenance staff.
  • Provide administrative support for any adhoc tasks related to maintenance operations.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a maintenance or similar field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
