Client Details
Our Client is Franchisor that owns four iconic Australian food brands based in Osborne Park.


Description

Duties and Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Microsoft Suite competent
  • in particular Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel & Word
  • Concur Invoice/PO Processing
  • Management of Property Mail (inc. date stamping, scanning and sorting/filing)
  • Stationery Orders
  • Kitchen Amenities (inc. ordering of stock, milk supply)
  • Building Maintenance (inc. swipe cards, parking bays, landlord comms)
  • Equipment Maintenance (inc. photocopiers, coffee machine, internet faults, water filter)
  • General Office and Meeting Room Maintenance (inc. set up and pack down for meetings)
  • Network Comms Distribution
  • Australia Post and Mail Management (inc. redirection follow up, sorting/date stamping incoming mail, outgoing mail)
  • Couriers and Other Visitors
  • Management of IT Requirements for RSC

Profile

  • Proven experience in data entry admin role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a customercentring mindset.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Job Offer

  • Work 2 days a week Wednesday & Thursday
  • 9am start ( 5 hours per day)
- $35 per hour

  • 6 months contract
