About the role
We're on the lookout for an analytical and forward-thinking Logistics Specialist to join our energetic Logistics team at Reckitt. You'll be the brains behind the seamless delivery of our products, ensuring they reach our customers quickly and efficiently. Your day-to-day impact on our supply chain will directly contribute to the satisfaction of millions who trust our leading consumer health and hygiene brands. Your responsibilities
- Analyse warehouse logistics data and performance, using insights to improve operations within your region.
- Foster strong relationships with partners and carriers to ensure our products move smoothly and swiftly.
- Keep a vigilant eye on costs and service levels, identifying smart areas for improvement.
- Roll up your sleeves and dive into logistics projects, excited to fine-tune the gears of our warehouse supply chain.
- Regularly evaluate our logistics processes, always seeking ways to be better, faster, and smarter.
The experience we're looking for
- Proven experience navigating the ins and outs of logistics, ideally in the FMCG space.
- A knack for numbers and data analysis, with proficiency in tools that turn data into dialogue.
- Excellent communication – you interact with ease, whether with tech teams or transporters.
- A detail-devoted, organised approach, juggling tasks with the precision of a seasoned pro.
- Relationship management savvy – because you know a smooth supply chain is built on strong partnerships.
