    ING Australia are on the search for a Digital Transformation Specialist in our Marketing team. As a Digital Transformation Specialist you will report into the Marketing Operations Expert Lead, and play a pivotal role in overseeing the rollout and management of our workflow and MarTech tools. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the seamless integration of these technologies into our systems, enhancing collaboration across departments, and improving the management and distribution of digital assets. You will lead the change management process of the Marketing Resource Management (MRM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms - facilitating training and adaption across the ING to ensure that all teams are equipped to leverage these new tools efficiently.

    We are seeking a candidate who not only possesses technical expertise in managing workflow tools and MarTech platforms, but also enjoys and excels in change management and processes mapping initiatives.

    What You'll Do

    • Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology MRM, DAM workflow tools (via other Tribes/CoEs), and other relevant platforms
    • Support the implementation of best practices and standardised procedures for campaign planning, execution, and measurement
    • Work closely with other CoE/Tribes to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Foster strong communication and collaboration with MBSR to ensure seamless coordination across teams
    • Support and provide guidance to the business and key stakeholders to proactively develop, manage and maintain a best practice compliance framework, and enhancing systems and processes to ensure that ING is compliant by desire and design
    • Oversee the utilisation and optimisation of the MRM and DAM platforms. Ensure efficient asset creation, storage, distribution, and tracking, enhancing the IBALs marketing capabilities and brand consistency
    What We're Looking For
    • Project management including forward-looking business planning including familiarity with agile project management
    • Experience in managing complex projects related to uplifting technology (digital transformations), process (quality assurance), and /or risk management
    • Experience in building journey flows, process mapping and document writing
    • Experience leading and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders
    • Bachelors degree in marketing, technology, business administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
