Description
The Position
Staff Specialist Psychiatrist to provide comprehensive specialist services for Inpatient Units. The hospital is based in NSW in a coastal region and is happy to accept international applicants provided they can meet registration criteria.
Health Service
The health service provides public health services to local communities. Served by two acute hospitals which include a regional trauma centre and a major metropolitan hospital along with additional community health centres and community based services.
The Location
Located just north of Sydney, set in a popular coastal region attracting young families and retirees.
Essential Criteria
candidates eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist Psychiatrist and suitable specialist assessment with The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists
appropriate experience to practice as a Staff Specialist, equivalent to Consultant grade in the UK/Ireland
The Package
