As part of their dedicated team, you'll play a crucial role in assessing, monitoring, and managing reportable incidents in line with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Make a meaningful impact in safeguarding the rights of people.
Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders including regulatory bodies and service providers.
Complete assessments of incidents within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
Provide education and training to providers on incident identification, prevention, and response.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders to facilitate the Commission's work
Contribute to building a learning culture and sharing expertise within the team.

Required skills and experience:

Must be an Australian Citizen and based out of Perth, WA
:

Prior experience in handling calls, demonstrating strong communication, empathy, and problemsolving skills.
Proven experience in regulatory compliance, complaints management or similar roles.
Strong analytical skills to assess and monitor incidents effectively.
Ability to manage a caseload and escalate complex incidents appropriately.
