Key Responsibilities:
- Make a meaningful impact in safeguarding the rights of people.
- Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders including regulatory bodies and service providers.
- Complete assessments of incidents within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
- Provide education and training to providers on incident identification, prevention, and response.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders to facilitate the Commission's work
- Contribute to building a learning culture and sharing expertise within the team.

Required skills and experience:

Must be an Australian Citizen and based out of Perth, WA
:
- Prior experience in handling calls, demonstrating strong communication, empathy, and problemsolving skills.
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance, complaints management or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and monitor incidents effectively.
- Ability to manage a caseload and escalate complex incidents appropriately.
