The Client

A leading national developer, across multiple asset classes is looking to appoint a motivated and passionate Sales Associate to join their dynamic and supportive.

This role will provide an opportunity to be key player within the company and grow your sales career with a well established company.

The Role
Reporting to the State Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

Providing admin support including contract administration and preparing correspondence, PO/Invoice processing;
Welcoming customers/visitors ensuring they receive quality customer care/service;
Managing the CRM database ensuring data accuracy and integrity;
Updating and maintaining market and competitor analysis;
Contract management and coordination of all paperwork for offers, deposits and settlements;
General office management including ordering/maintenance of office supplies and marketing material;
Preparing reports in line with timetables as required;
Providing event management support in respect of onsite project events as directed;
Providing general admin support

To be successful in this role you must have:

Proven experience in sales administration and/or customer service;
Excellent verbal/written communication skills;
Exceptional customer service ethic and focus;
Good interpersonal skills;
Attention to detail;
Proficiency in M/S Office (Outlook/Word/Excel) with touch typing skills
Sound understanding of and experience with CRM systems (M/S Dynamics CRM advantageous);
Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively;
Ability to operate with mínimal supervision.
Current real estate certificate or License is required for this role.
