    About the Client:
    Our client is a well known Real Estate franchise agency servicing the Eastern Suburbs.

    They have been operating in the East for over 25 years and are known for their strong knowledge and success in the area.

    You will work out of stunning offices in a convenient location.
    Close to cafes, restaurants and easy on street parking.
    This office has little staff turnover, they are a close knit bunch and are looking for someone who will be a nice fit to the team

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Executive portfolio of 160 properties - all properties in the BONDI area
    • Attending Tribunal
    • Landlord & tenant liaison
    • Rent increases
    • Arrears management
    • No leasing

    No accountsSkills and experience required for the role:

    • A current certificate of registration/Real Estate License is essential
    • 3+ years experience
    • Your own vehicle & a valid drivers license
    • Strong Communication skills
    • Immaculately presented
    Strong knowledge of Property Tree or Property Me would be idealCulture & Benefits:
