The Client:

Our client is a well-known project marketing agency, working with some of the best developers in NSW, this is a growing agency who are proving to be one of the most successful in the industry.

The role

This agency is running over 10 sales at once, which means the backbone of the team needs to be solid.

As the core of this fast-paced, busy group, this is your opportunity to grow and develop your career working with some of the best property developers.

This role is combined across sales administration & office management.

Tasks include:

Managing internal & external communication with their sales agents & channel agents
Manage CRM system Property Base, preparing sales & vendor reports
Supporting the marketing team with the launch of new projects
Working closely with the CEO & CFO to
Keeping track of budgets/spending on each project including invoicing, vendor marketing costs
Assist with the smooth settlement of projects
Ensure smooth running of the Operations of the business e.g. improving processes, procedures,
Assisting with HR duties, onboarding new staff

To be considered for this prestige role you will ideally have:

Previous Experience in Project Sales, real estate sales administrator or like role
Certificate of Registration is preferred but not essential
A High Level of customer service and professionalism
Ability to manage multiple projects & conflicting deadlines
