Our client owns and operates a collection of luxury retirement villages and is currently on the lookout for a passionate and professional individual to join their growing P&C team.


As the People & Culture Advisor, you will be based in the heart of this organisations headquarters in Sydney's North Turramurra.

Situated within a friendly on-site team, you will be providing HR administration and operational support across the employee life cycle.


Reporting directly to an engaging People & Culture Manager and working closely with the villages Sydney General Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in areas such as recruitment and selection, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, coaching and mentoring, reporting and WHS.

Working in this varied role where every day is different, some of your key responsibilities include:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support with endtoend resourcing and recruitment activities
  • Advise employees and management on the relevant awards (Aged Care and Nurses Award)
  • Contribute to the organisations new staff Orientation and Training
  • Assist and coordinate employee engagement activities
  • Ensure the quality and compliance of People and Culture systems, data, files and documents
  • Lead with a compassionate and consultative approach in a collaborative team environment

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous working experience in a HR Coordinator or HR Advisor role
  • Outstanding relationshipbuilding skills
  • A team player with a collaborative and solutions focused approach
  • Ability to work autonomously in a collaborative team environment
