HR Partners are excited to be partnering with a leading Australian law firm in Canberra for the recruitment of an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner.

Reporting to the People & Culture Director and Practice Team Leader, you will deliver on both provide HR generalist advice and support and manage recruitment processes.

Key areas of responsibility include but not limited to:

Advised partners on People & Culture matters and support for performance and well-being initiatives.
Collaborated with partners to identify resourcing needs and drive firmwide people projects.
Coordinate recruitment processes and events as well as lead onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Monitor performance and retention and oversee reviews and remuneration.

You will consider yourself as an experienced professional with over 4 years experience in Human Resources.

You will have strong communication skills, be familiar in navigating complex employment laws, and be able to manage your time efficiently.

You will prioritise confidentiality and professionalism, and uphold a trustworthy work environment.
