Our client, a government business enterprise is seeking an experienced
Support Analyst to join their team for an initial 6 month contract.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Trouble shoot Pinpad issues
  • Process debugging capability within VHQ, Quest and Payment switch.
  • Document and review knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with team members to formulate solutions
  • Utilise VHQ to load software upgrades

Key Skills/ Experiences:


  • Experience working with Pin-Pad
  • Experience working with Quest
  • Experience with ITL Frameworks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
