Description
Our client, a government business enterprise is seeking an experienced
Support Analyst to join their team for an initial 6 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trouble shoot Pinpad issues
- Process debugging capability within VHQ, Quest and Payment switch.
- Document and review knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with team members to formulate solutions
- Utilise VHQ to load software upgrades
Key Skills/ Experiences:
- Experience working with Pin-Pad
- Experience working with Quest
- Experience with ITL Frameworks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
