About the role
As a highly motivated and results-driven Account Director, your primary responsibility is to develop and nurture strategic client partnerships.

You will look to expand the AI-optimized scheduling and forecasting platform, ensuring client needs are met while cultivating strong corporate relationships.

The individual will be a strategic thinker with a passion for building partnerships with senior stakeholders, driving revenue growth.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential strategic clients, fostering enduring partnerships.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and support strategy for superior service
  • Act as the product and industry expert, aligning solutions with client needs.
  • Manage the endtoend client experience from initial contact to deployment and postimplementation support.
  • Collaborate with integration, configuration, and deployment teams for a seamless transition to the platform.
  • Channel client feedback for continuous solution improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, offering consistent support and guidance to clients.
  • Monitor and report partnership performance to senior management and stakeholders regularly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, identifying opportunities to enhance the platform's capabilities through potential partnerships.

Skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Indepth understanding of the Quick Service Restaraunt (QSR) industry preferred, and hospitality or retail experience also highly regarded.
  • Have an extensive network of industry contacts and a abitliy to quickly establis credibility within current and potential clients.
  • Proficient in negotiation, influential communication, and consensusbuilding across organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying partnership opportunities and innovative solutions.
  • Resultsdriven, consistently meeting or surpassing revenue targets in the SaaS sector.
  • Adaptable to fastpaced, entrepreneurial environments, adept at managing changing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Comfortable with autonomy, resourcefulness, and flexibility in dynamic environment.
