We're currently offering both permanent and casual positions for Medical Receptionists.

As a casual member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch reception and administrative services that meet the highest professional and company standards.

Your dedication will ensure that our patients, referrers, and customers receive the professional, caring, and friendly service they deserve.

These positions will require you to work flexibly across all of our North of the River Clinics, contributing to our commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery.


What you'll do:


  • Ensure responsiveness and effective communication with patients and referring healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, highquality patient services.
  • Provide efficient administrative support by resolving issues promptly, managing medical records, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to patients both facetoface and over the phone, promoting a compassionate and efficient service environment.
  • Clinic Coordination: Coordinate patient flow, monitor patient comfort, liaise with cardiologists and technical staff, manage appointments, and handle reception duties efficiently to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.

Who you are:


  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care and customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Proven track record of effectively working both independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Access and the capacity to quickly adapt to medical software systems.
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills, enabling efficient teamwork within an administrative support setting.
  • Outstanding phone manner and adeptness in handling various patient inquiries, reflecting a high standard of professionalism and attentiveness.
