An exciting opportunity exists to join our Operations team as a Team Leader, Operations
on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the role
Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members' world better. As a Team Leader, Operations, you will ensure efficient and effective execution of administrative activities, in a streamlined, efficient, cost-effective manner whilst also targeting a strong customer experience. You will lead, manage and be accountable for the day-to-day operations within the Operations business unit. This will see you take responsibility for leading your team to ensure service standards and expectations are met by engaging, motivating, and developing the team and ensuring that they have the capability, knowledge, skills and experience to deliver service to our members.
You will also oversee the end-to-end provision and improvement of the services in your team, which also includes active workforce management, risk and incident resolution and reporting and providing insights.
