As the IT Operations Team Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and services.

You will lead a team of IT professionals and be responsible for overseeing service delivery, infrastructure management, and IT operations.

This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency and enhance organisational performance.


Your Impact:


Lead and manage a small team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve team goals and individual growth.

Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the effective delivery of IT services and support to internal stakeholders.
Manage the organisation's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud-based systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and availability.
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and data security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions that support the organisation's strategic objectives.
Monitor and evaluate IT system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for technological advancements that align with the organization's needs and goals.

Provide technical expertise and support for escalated IT issues, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal disruption to operations.
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.

You'll bring to the table:


Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, or service delivery, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Strong technical background in areas such as server administration, networking, cloud platforms, and IT security.
Solid understanding of ITIL framework and best practices for service management.
Experience managing and supporting Windows and/or Linux environments.
Proficient in Azure and SD-WAN technologies.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of successfully implementing IT projects and driving process improvements.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco) are highly desirable.
