Your opportunity

Our Performance Improvement team is on a rapid growth path and require a driven and ambitious Executive Analyst to join our team of professionals.

With a relatively flat structure, we offer a highly dynamic, flexible, supportive, and team orientated environment.

You will work on some of Australia's highest profile client challenges with the best in the business, in an environment that actively encourages continuous learning and career development.

Reporting in an Associate Director, but working alongside Partners and Executive Directors, you will have multiple connections across the firm and our clients, and will enjoy:

Working in a high-profile professional services environment, supporting some of Australia's leading Private and Public sector organisation
Using your financial modelling and analytical skills to help solve clients' most complex commercial issues
Working alongside clients to deliver outcomes, not just developing advisory reports
Having autonomy, or working as part of teams of many different sizes as circumstances require
Undertaking business development activities and market research

About you
- very strong analysis, financial modelling and report writing skills
- relevant tertiary qualifications combined with a minimum of 2 years' experience, in management consulting, professional services or similar.
- an intellectually and commercially curious mindset to understand how businesses operate from the inside
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders to successful outcomes.
- a willingness to travel interstate as required
