The opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Property Analyst to join the KordaMentha Real Estate team.

As a member of the team, you will:

  • Be working in a team of Real Estate professionals across Australia with diverse backgrounds in development and construction, valuation, sales and marketing, property law, contract administration and investment banking.
  • Manage a variety of projects across all real estate sectors and be exposed to a diverse client base including major financial institutions, private, public and government organisations.
  • Undertake a variety of roles and responsibilities including property and feasibility analysis, due diligence, report preparation, market research, project and development management.
  • Work alongside our restructuring, forensic and capital teams on a broad range of real estate engagements.
  • Assist in new investment and development opportunities the firm is completing.
  • Work in a supportive team environment, one where we place high importance on the development of skills and knowledge, via onthejob learning and formal training.
  • Be a key member involved in marketing and business developments events and activities.
  • Be part of the wider KordaMentha group, which has an active social culture including team sports, involvement in various charities and social functions.

About you

  • One to three years' experience in the property industry preferably from an agency, valuation, development, construction, investment or advisory background.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications.
  • A team player with strong qualities displaying ethics and discretion.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn from other professionals in the team, and to provide continual learning and coaching opportunities for team members.
  • Thrive on a challenge and display excellent communication and negotiation skills and are motivated by delivering the highest standards of client service.
