    Our client is a true Australian success story.

    From humble beginnings, this company has gone from strength to strength and is now a major player in the development industry nationally.

    Their pipeline is significant and includes some of Australia's largest and most innovative masterplanned community developments.
    The role

    Due to growth within their business, a position has been created for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the team.

    Reporting to the CEO this role will see you play the lead role in the marketing of their large-scale masterplanned community developments.


    Key responsibilities will include:
    Identify, Engage, & Manage Consultants
    Develop, Maintain, & Support the Group's Social Media Strategy
    Create & Implement Project Marketing Strategies for Developments
    Develop and maintain Marketing and Sales Management Plans
    Complete Marketing Campaign Analysis & Present Results to the Board

    Skills & experienceTo be considered for this position it is essential that you have current experience as a marketing professional in masterplanned community developments.


    Other key requirements include:
    Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing or Equivalent
    Ability to Create Digital Content with Understanding of Digital Media
    Creative & Innovative Flair to Identify Opportunities in Project Marketing
    Ability to Manage External Marketing Professionals & Consultants
    Experience in Masterplanned Community Marketing is EssentialBenefits
