About the Role


Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Marketing Manager focuses on managing brand and retail strategy across two brands, including core menu portfolio management and new product innovation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing plans with set objectives across online and offline channels
  • Identify target audiences and opportunities at both a consumer and franchisee level
  • Lead the marketing plans from start to finish, liaising with key stakeholders both internal and external
  • Stay up to date with consumer insights, market trends, best practices and purchasing behaviour and build strategies around these
  • Lead gotomarket strategies for new store openings
  • Conduct reporting across online and offline platforms to determine future campaign developments and marketing opportunities
  • Steer creative direction and develop creative briefs to meet objectives for advertising promotions, including print, digital, and video assets
  • Plan and execute multichannel campaigns across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring communications and messaging are all in alignment, for each distinctive brand
  • Manage and create content for social media and digital platforms including website, EDMs and thirdparty platforms
  • Pitch ideas and deliverables to internal and external teams

About you

  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management and decisionmaking skills
  • Metricsdriven marketing minded
  • An eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Willingness to travel between stores, if required

Salary:
$80, $100,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
