Permanent/6 months Contract Opportunity - Melbourne CBD - Hybrid Work Model

Work as an ITIL Process Consultant with a Global Consulting firm, for one of their Government sector projects in Melbourne.

Responsibilities include:

Work as a part of the Service Management team, supporting the design and delivery of Infrastructure projects.
Work on Service Management strategy, operating model, process maturity assessment and defining roadmap for process and tool implementation.
Focus on delivering solutions such as but not limited to Service Management Architecture and Planning; Service Optimisation; Service Integration and Management; and ITIL process assessment, design and implementation.

Key Requirements:

Service Management transformation consulting and delivery experience.
Experience in service management process design and implementation.
Service integration and management (SIAM) operating model, process design and tool implementation.
Service management architecture, design and implementation knowledge.
Experience or knowledge of service catalogue design and implementation, service desk transformation and service delivery.
Experience with service management toolsets such as ServiceNow, Splunk, JIRA etc.
