Role Overview:

Your role will involve customising and configuring Salesforce features, managing data integrity, conducting system testing, providing user training and support, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

With your deep understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their digital transformation goals and maximise the value of their Salesforce investments.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather business requirements and document them for analysis.
Design and configure Salesforce solutions based on the gathered requirements.
Customise and configure Salesforce features and functionalities to meet business needs.
Ensure data integrity and manage data within the Salesforce platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and address concerns.
Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to verify system functionality.
Provide user training and support for the implemented Salesforce solution.
Stay updated with new features, best practices, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, ideally in a consulting environment.
Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM and its declarative capabilities.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce customisation, configuration, and data management.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with system testing and user training is a plus.
Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
