    Job Description:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. As a Senior Business Analyst at Strata Results Group, you will play a crucial role in understanding and analyzing complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing strategic insights to drive business success. This position requires a candidate with a proven track record in business analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
      • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
      • Define and document detailed business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    2. Data Analysis:
      • Analyze data to derive meaningful insights that inform business decisions.
      • Work closely with data scientists and other relevant teams to extract valuable information from datasets.
    3. Process Improvement:
      • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
      • Develop and implement strategies to enhance business processes and workflows.
    4. Documentation:
      • Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents, process flows, and user guides.
      • Ensure documentation is kept up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
    5. Stakeholder Management:
      • Engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business goals.
      • Foster strong relationships with key business partners to facilitate effective communication.
    6. Project Management:
      • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
      • Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
    7. Quality Assurance:
      • Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that deliverables meet the specified requirements.
      • Participate in testing and validation activities as needed.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on senior-level responsibilities.
    • Previous experience in ERP implementation projects is highly desirable.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proficient in the use of business analysis tools and methodologies.
