    • PAYING UP TO $140K + LUCRATIVE COMMS

    Our client is a leading office which has grown to be one of the strongest, most reputable real estate agencies in Sydney. Operating out of a modern, stunning office in the heart of the Inner Southern Suburbs of Sydney with a fantastic team culture, this is a position for a junior Marketing Coordinator to join a team with an innovative vision.

    The Role:

    • Property marketing from building weblinks & signboards to launching properties on the web
    • Attend photoshoots, liaising with photographers & stylists
    • Proofing brochures and marketing collateral for properties
    • Listing properties live & sold updates
    • Assisting the EA with general duties
    • Dusk shoots
    • Managing all social media & sponsored posts / agent marketing
    • Someone with creative flair and strong attention to detail
    • Attitude & enthusiasm is key for this team
    • Willingness to learn

    Candidate:

    • Must be passionate about what they do and happy to go above & beyond in their role
    • Must be extremely well presented
    • Must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal
    • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and use checklists efficiently
    • Willing to obtain certificate of registration
    • Must have customer service, marketing or admin experience
    • Current certificate of registration
