Spring Professional are seeking an experienced Marketing professional for a new opportunity in shopping centre marketing. This opportunity is initially a 13 months contract and ideally 3 days per week.

As Marketing Executive, you will assist in the promotion and delivery of marketing campaigns & events for a large shopping centre in Sydney's West.

This property group manage and develop some of Australia's largest luxury shopping centres and are expereince a period of exciting growth to thier already huge $2B portfolio.

Key responsibilities of the position:

Assist in the preparation and management of annual marketing plan and budget
Planning and managing unique and fresh marketing/promotions campaigns
Extending digital and social media presence of the asset
Liaising with media agencies
Managing signage, website & brand
Relevant reporting (traffic, demographics, budget & spend)
Building and maintaining relationships with tenants, centre management, agencies and local governing bodies
2+yrs marketing experience in a comparable environment (Shopping Centre/retail/commercial property)
Retail shopping centre marketing experience adventageous.
Strong initiative
Team player mentality and ability to work as part of large team
Sound communication skills (verbal and written)

Salary - $90,000 - $95,000 package + 5% Bonus
