They pride themselves on providing a quality and affordable product that can be seen in every household from the living room, dining room, bathroom and of course the bedroom.

    About the role

    We are looking for a drive and customer centreic focused Assistant Manager for their flagship Townsville location to support and nurture the current Store Manager and sales team.

    This would be done through ensuring all inventory is actioned promptly and efficiently, team development and training, on the floor sales training to maintain a high level of sales performance results and customer service model, conduct high levels of visual merchandising standards and the ability to delegate and work towards set time schedules.

    Skills and Experience

    • Previous Management experience in a similar large format role with high volume control
    • Passion for decorating and interior design
    • Ability to drive a team to success
    • Track record of thinking outside the box to improve store trade results
    • Focused on giving the optimum customer experience
    • Reliable and dedicated
