About the role:

Join the Coles Team as a supportive Team Leader in the Red Meat department of our Retail Ready Operations Australia function.

Reporting to the Assistant Shift Manager you'll lead our Team Members and set a positive example by creating a safe working environment and drive operational efficiencies to ensure staff coverage and attendance.

About you and your skills:

Lead, coach, develop and inspire team members, building capability, driving accountability, and creating a great place to work
Conduct skills check and assess competency
Able to influence and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and team members
Experience promoting and maintaining the highest levels of safety, health and wellbeing into the workplace
