In partnership with Ocado we are in the process of delivering a brand-new state-of-the-art customer fulfilment centre in NSW.

Harnessing the latest technology this site will offer a wider range to our customers and safter, cleaner environment for our staff.

As this site ramps up we have an opportunity for an experienced Rostering & Resource Manager to join the team.


About the role:


You will be responsible for executing and coordinating the development of resource planning processes across the CFC by supporting the leaders and the tasks they are managing in effectively forecasting, planning and rostering resources to ultimately ensure safety, budgets and operational requirements are met.


You will also:

  • 5 years+ experience of labour scheduling
  • Experience working with Enteprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA) awards is advantageous
  • Strong background in large, singlesite operations that have a large workforce
  • Proven commercial acumen
  • Experience working within and leading a team where consultative skills are required.

About you and your skills:

We're after an experienced Rostering & Resource Manager with a proven track record in delivering outcomes through providing direction, delegating, and removing obstacles to get work done


You will also have:

  • Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline is required
  • Strong ability to influence and communicate across all levels of the business including to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work within complex industrial relations frameworks
  • Ability to utilise key financial data & operational metrics to drive performance improvements & outcomes
  • Ability to communicate and support the delivery of a strategic vision
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement and make responsible decisions
  • Proven systems thinker who takes a handson approach to the identification of business efficiencies and demonstrates a total commitment to outstanding customer service.
