    Description

    Customer Service / Warehousing Representative

    TRS Resourcing is seeking a Customer Support / Warehousing Representative for our logistics client in Altona North, Melbourne. This permanent full-time role offers a salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 + Super.

    Key responsibilities:

    Cultivate and maintain client relationships
    - Respond to client inquiries promptly via phone and email
    - Manage transport and warehouse jobs using Freight Tracker
    - Coordinate with internal teams as needed
    - Arrange pallet deliveries with external carriers
    - Handle documentation and record-keeping accurately

    Requirements:

    Prior experience in customer service
    - Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    - Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
    - Excellent communication skills in a positive manner
    - Deadline-oriented and detail-oriented mindset
    - Transport and warehousing industry experience preferred but not mandatory
