THE ROLE

Reporting to the Revenue and Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to;
Inputting Group rooming lists
Distribution of Group information to the Hotel
Ensuring all duties and responsibilities are completed and followed up in the required timeframe.
Taking responsibility to ensure all inquiries are addressed and all relevant information is taken correctly
Success in this role will be reliant on strong relationships with the precinct sales team and maximizing the potential within the Penrith market.

THE CRITERIA

Minimum 1 year Prior Reservations experience
Experience using Opera Cloud is highly advantageous, but not a necessity.
Accor experience is highly advantageous, but not a necessity.
Experience in a hotel with large conference and convention business is highly advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills
