THE ROLE

  • Reporting to the Revenue and Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to;
  • Inputting Group rooming lists
  • Distribution of Group information to the Hotel
  • Ensuring all duties and responsibilities are completed and followed up in the required timeframe.
  • Taking responsibility to ensure all inquiries are addressed and all relevant information is taken correctly
  • Success in this role will be reliant on strong relationships with the precinct sales team and maximizing the potential within the Penrith market.

THE CRITERIA

  • Minimum 1 year Prior Reservations experience
  • Experience using Opera Cloud is highly advantageous, but not a necessity.
  • Accor experience is highly advantageous, but not a necessity.
  • Experience in a hotel with large conference and convention business is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills
