The Role of Food & Beverage Supervisor

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for exceptional customer satisfaction, beverage presentation and developing the beverage team at Pullman Sydney Penrith. This includes a restaurant, two bars, café, room service and minibar.
You will lead and inspire an authentically guestcentric, professional, innovative and flexible team where service is a passion rather than a job.
Success will be underpinned by innovative and tailored guest experiences with delivery above expectations, consistent financial performance and an engaged team culture.

Setting you up for Success

Prior experience as a Senior Bartender or similar role is essential due to the preopening nature of the role.
Five-Star experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
Beverage Menu Engineering and Team Development are strong focuses of this role
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
