- Airport Collections / Drop Offs
- Meeting Room bookings
- Flight and Accommodation Requests via Workflow and AMEX portal
- Field Leadership
- Manning List Up-Keep
- Maintain 5S Standards across offcie including 5S Audit Roster (Audit to determine actions to increase standard)
- Stationary Ordering and Up-Keep of Stationary Stock on Shelves (stock-take and ordering should be done once a week or fortnight depending on demand)
- Stock Take For Office Consumables (Printer, Ink, Cups, Coffee, Tissues, etc.) and Submit RES to Stock up (in-line with stationary ordering)
- Maintain Hard Copy Filing in Storeroom (Should be done weekly)
- D2 and SharePoint Filing as you go
- Take Meeting Actions and Distrubute to Attendees and Enter Into Teams
- Update Noticeboard / TV When Relevent / Important Info is Shared (Info Briefs, Events, etc.)
- Reporting on Flight/Buffel No Shows (Highlight Maint personnel and send to Maint Manager and Cost Controller each week)
- Bathhouse Locker Allocations and Management of Register
- Subway and Breakfast Wrap Roster for Maintenance (Attend at least 2 per year)
- SAP - Creating PR's and Warehouse Reservations and C-Res Orders.
- Uniform Orders Through Guided Buying / SAP
- Telstra - Active Sim Cards
- Training Request - Find training org and send to training dept
- Safety Prescription Glasses
- Workplace Inspections
- Minimum 6 months mining experience
- Current Standard 11 Induction
- Current Coal Board Medical - conducted within 2 years
- Current Driver's Licence
- A willingness to work rotating rosters
- Ability to contribute and work positively in a team environment
