    Compliance and Assurance Coordinator

    Location: Sydney or Fremantle Campus
    Position: Full-Time (Part-Time considered), Ongoing

    What is VET at UNDA?
    The University of Notre Dame Australia is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) offering Vocational Education and Training (VET) at its campuses in Broome, Fremantle, and Sydney, including Education and Nursing. VET at UNDA is committed to delivering exceptional results for students and industry partners, serving as a pathway to Higher Education.

    Key Responsibilities

    •Establish and maintain governance systems for risk management, audit, compliance, and business continuity.

    •Coordinate responses to internal and external audits, monitor progress, and report on actions.

    •Lead risk management processes, provide guidance to senior management, and ensure alignment with UNDA policies.

    •Attend and present at committee meetings, analyze practices for compliance, and oversee reporting systems.

    •Develop and conduct training programs on governance and compliance practices.

    •Offer expert advice on compliance requirements and regulatory standards.

    ABOUT YOU

    •Postgraduate qualifications and experience in the RTO education sector.

    •Expertise in Australian Skills Quality Authority, training requirements, and governance frameworks.

    •Knowledge of State and Federal Training funding, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance audits.

    •Ability to anticipate and address emerging issues.
