Established in 1847, The Anglican Diocese of Adelaide is comprised of over 75 worship centres across 59 parishes and is one of 23 dioceses that constitute the Anglican Church of Australia.

As part of its commitment to promote professional development, education and growth, The Anglican Diocese of Adelaide is seeking a Coordinator of Education Programs to co-ordinate professional training and non-tertiary educational opportunities for Anglican communities.

This newly created role will report to the Principal of St. Barnabas College and have strong links with the staff in Synod Office particularly with the Professional Development Coordinator.


To be considered for this rewarding and challenging opportunity, you must have demonstrated experience in an Adult Education and Learning environment coupled with degree qualifications and experience in Education/Teaching.

Whilst some exposure to Theological studies is desirable, experience working in RTO, VET or Education sector would be highly regarded.

It is important that you are passionate in developing professional development and education opportunities, a self-starter with excellent stakeholder management skills who is willing to design innovative training offerings that will address the needs of the Anglican community.

Ideally you will have a background of active participation in the Anglican Church or a church of similar ethos.
