The Opportunity

Our QLD Operations team is entering an exciting phase with the completion of multiple EPC contracts in metro and regional Queensland, including the Ulinda Park BESS & Substation, Greenbank BESS, and Brendale BESS & Substation. These cutting-edge projects will significantly contribute to Queensland's renewable energy goals and ensure access to reliable and affordable clean energy for all.

As a Leading Hand at CPP, you will be involved in electrical construction and overseeing a team of skilled electrical workers and assistants. Enjoy excellent working conditions as per our enterprise agreement and be part of high-voltage renewable energy projects shaping Australia's sustainable future.

About You

To excel in this role, you should have:

QLD Electrical License & White Card
Minimum of 5 years experience as an electrician in an industrial or commercial setting (not residential)
Demonstrated leadership experience with various trades
Solid knowledge of the electrical industry and the ability to coordinate site activities
Positive and proactive safety mindset
Experience in HV construction and substations
