    Description

    Our client in Brighton is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a New Car Sales Consultant.

    They are a leading dealership dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and offering top-quality vehicles. As part of their expansion plans, they are looking to grow their sales team to meet the increasing demand for their products.

    Requirements:

    • Sales experience is essential, preferably within the automotive industry.
    • Prior experience working with European prestige brands is desirable but not mandatory.
    • Seeking individuals who are highly motivated and excel in a sales environment.
    • Candidates should demonstrate a strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable vehicles.
    • Conduct test drives and provide in-depth product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.
    • Close sales and negotiate pricing to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
    • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
