    We have partnered up with a trading start up who are looking for a Project Manager to join the team.

    You will report directly into the CEO and ensure the continued success of projects, Whilst supporting and enabling team members to create.

    You Will:

    • Work with key business and development teams to determine product strategy, areas of opportunity, and roadmaps
    • Work with the business to document feature requirements and develop user stories while always striving for an iterative and continuous delivery method to larger feature releases
    • Maintain development prioritization lists and backlogs
    • Work cross-functionally between multiple product/development teams to ensure key dependencies for a feature and product enhancements are being met and/or addressed in a timely manner
    • Concise communication of release activity, project status updates, and roadmap timelines to business leadership
    • Coordination of training and demos to key end users and executive management teams
    • Building up key business relationships across operational, engineering, product, and executive teams that foster open lines of communication and teamwork to achieve key business goals

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position
    • Excellent business process and technical (programming and database) understanding.
    • Knowledge of handling creative and engineering types of people is an advantage.
    • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce systems
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies
    • Ability to effectively work with and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners, both technology and operational leaders and team-members
    • Ability to perform data analysis, trend analysis, graphing, presentation development, and delivery
    • Skilled in developing and communicating overall product strategies
    • Ability to identify risk and drive projects to completion
    • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
