Federal Government agency tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia.

They are currently seeking an experienced
APS6 Procurement and Contracts Officer to join their busy team for a 12-month temporary assignment in their Victoria headquarters in
Geelong.

About the Role

Providing procurement advice and support to the broader Agency in compliance with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and Guidelines
Procurement documentation including tenders and negotiating contracts
Procurement reporting and analysis
Stakeholder engagement both internal and external

About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:

Previous procurement experience, preferably in a Government Agency or Department
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including stakeholder engagement
