    Description

    What's on offer:

    Join our team as a Draftsperson, where you'll use Archicad software to deliver design sketches, town planning applications, and detailed working drawings. Your role will involve coordinating supporting documentation to meet scheduled delivery dates efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Creating construction drawings, including intricate details
    • Conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
    • Incorporating dispensations, Council, and Developer requirements into plans
    • Ensuring plans adhere to established building practices

    We're looking for candidates who bring:

    • Proficiency in Archicad software
    • Familiarity with contract documentation, preconstruction procedures, and construction techniques
    • A minimum of Cert IV in Residential Drafting
    • Knowledge of construction and residential codes
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
    • Attention to detail, patience, and precision in drawing work
